the location was very convenient for exploring. public transport was very close. i found many restaurants and cafes nearby. the staff was friendly and helpful too. the bed was comfortable and i got a restful sleep. breakfast tasted delicious.

the harbour location is prime. the staff seems nice. i frequently visit this hotel during the year. rooms seemed comfortable.
the air conditioning isnt the best. vapor stays and towels stay wet. i thought breakfast was weak.

the bag store is useful should you not leave straight away after checking out. the rooftop terrace bar have very nice views. the bar close on certain days and it's important you are informed.

the hotel is just round the corner from the promenade, so it's very central. a coffee shop and bakery are in a convenient location. many restaurants and the metro station are a short walk away.

staff were friendly also helpful. you can enjoy a drink and be served by really nice staff. the staff is very pleasant and makes you feel welcome during your stay.

The hotel has a great location near the port. Parking nearby was straightforward. The staff were cute and efficient (always a plus). I found the rooftop terrace had amazing views. I appreciated the option to leave luggage after checkout.
My room was quite small. There was barely room to move around the sides of the bed.
