excellent stay downtown
convenient location helpful staff comfortable bed tasty breakfast
the location was very convenient for exploring. public transport was very close. i found many restaurants and cafes nearby. the staff was friendly and helpful too. the bed was comfortable and i got a restful sleep. breakfast tasted delicious.
the room was a little small for all my luggage

the room has a comfortable bed. the fresh towels were clean. there was also a modern shower with consistent water pressure for a relaxing experience. the new windows kept out noise.

harbour location nice staff frequent visits comfortable room
the harbour location is prime. the staff seems nice. i frequently visit this hotel during the year. rooms seemed comfortable.
the air conditioning isnt the best. vapor stays and towels stay wet. i thought breakfast was weak.

the bag store is useful should you not leave straight away after checking out. the rooftop terrace bar have very nice views. the bar close on certain days and it's important you are informed.

the hotel is just round the corner from the promenade, so it's very central. a coffee shop and bakery are in a convenient location. many restaurants and the metro station are a short walk away.

staff were friendly also helpful. you can enjoy a drink and be served by really nice staff. the staff is very pleasant and makes you feel welcome during your stay.

rooftop terrace efficient staff small room shower design
The location suited my needs very well. The rooftop terrace had amazing views. I appreciated the efficiency of the staff. Rooms were comfortable.
My room was quite small. The shower design meant water went all over the bathroom. I found this inconvenient. The rooftop bar was closed Sunday and Monday.
